Dallas and his crew were fast and efficient on short notice. I contacted Dallas on Friday morning inquiring how to check what I thought was a leaking weatherstrip on a bed cover (he didn’t even install this one). His firm had installed two previous bed covers and done a great job, just not my most current cover. He set up a time, without a prior appt for Friday afternoon at 100. Upon arrival, he asked a few questions and got right to work trying to find a solution to my leaking cover. Within about 10 minutes he came back inside with a solution and a source of water leaking into the bed. It was from the two way tailgate on my new truck. That thought had not entered my mind, but after talking with Dallas, and seeing what he saw, it made a ton of sense and we set about findings solutions to try to keep my bed dry. When I asked him how much, he declined payment offering instructions to help someone else out in kind. What a great concept!! Dallas, thanks for your help in solving my problem that you had nothing to do with other than a returning customer but this not your most recent customer. Had them spray my Nissan frontiers bed liner. They do amazing work. It was done in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend them
